How
Is Judging Organized?
Judges that participate in the SORSE Fair,
meet at the beginning of
the day to review policy for evaluating
student’s exhibits. The main points
include the importance of respecting student’s
growth and depth of investigation balanced
by the student’s age. This fair
needs the help and advice of the judges
through all stages of evaluation. We ask
that judges also make recommendations
for specialized awards and the selection
of exhibitors that will go on to the next
fair, NWSE.
-
Category
awards may include 1st, 2nd, 3rd and Honorable
Mention in each of the 17 categories.
Judges may elect not to present all awards
in each category.
