* Our fair is fast approaching.  It will be at OMSI on March 14, 2013. Paperwork is due February 20th.

STUDENTS-Please make sure to clear your schedule for the whole day as you must be present to win awards!!!!!

Here are the schedules for fair day for the students and for the judges.

Schedule for Students

8:00-8:30           Exhibit Set-up-OMSI Auditorium

                        Students register, turn in any missing paperwork.  get programs and                                     badges and set-up projects.

8:30-9:00           Orientation-Nancy Lapotin (Fair Director)

9:00-11:00         Judges only at projects-students tour OMSI exhibits

11:00-1145         Lunch in the OMSI cafeteria.  Get your lunch right at 11:00.

11:45-12:00        Get back to your exhibit and prepare for judging

12:00-2:00          Judges interview students at their projects

2:00-3:30           Exhibit Area open to the public.  Students must be at their exhibits!

3:30-4:00           Take down exhibits and set up chairs in auditorium for Awards Ceremony

4:00-5:00            Awards Ceremony-OMSI Auditorium-Friends and Family Invited.                                      Students must be present to receive awards.

9:00-11:00          View projects without students present

11:15-12:00         Lunch from OMSI Cafeteria

12:00-2:00           Judging with Students

2:00-3:00             Judging and final decisions entered

3:00                    Data entry complete, judges excused (Thanks x 10⁶)
