Next year the Intel Northwest Science Expo will be Friday, March 23rd. This is the day before Spring Break for most Oregon educational institutions. Set-up for middle school projects will be Thursday, March 22nd. We know the timing may limit the ability of some students to participate. Please make sure that students are able to attend before adding them online. Registration will close February 22nd. Tentative dates for Regional Fairs have been updated, though individual fair pages may not be current.

If you scroll down the article you'll notice that one of the project titles is a link. Seems that the team of Forrest Betton, Eric Thomas and Demitri Hopkins from Merlo Station High School got to chat with President Obama while he was in town and share their project with him.

The CREST Jane Goodall Science Symposium for the West Linn and Wilsonville school districts will be held this Thursday and Friday, March 11 and 12 at West Linn High School. Links to schedules and directions can be found on the CREST page.

The Southwestern Oregon Regional Science Expo will be held in North Bend, Oregon, at The Lighthouse School, on Saturday, March 13. Schedules and fair director contact information can be found on the SORSE page.

The At-large Regional Fair this year is the Gresham Science Expo, held this Saturday, March 13 at Gresham High School. Schedules and links to maps and directions can be found at the GSE page.
