Record number of judges
Submitted by Stephanie on Thu, 03/26/2009 - 8:21pmDue to the Oregonian article we have more judges then ever before. All category judging spots have been filled. If you are a member of a local organization, sponsoring a special award, please register by noon on Monday otherwise we can not guarantee you a lunch.
We do still need other volunteers for various jobs.
Thank you!

Intel NWSE updates and needs
Submitted by Stephanie on Thu, 03/12/2009 - 1:48pmWe need more people to judge our 300 middle school projects. Middle school judges do not need a degree, but they need a good understanding of the category they volunteer to judge. Follow the frog at the upper right corner of the page to sign up.
Adult sponsors and students: an SRC report was just sent to all Intel NWSE adult sponsors listing project status. Corrections to middle school projects are due March 20th. Corrections to high school projects are due March 25th.
Also we need more volunteers to perform safety checks on the project displays. This is a really fun volunteer job. There is a training video posted in Volunteer Info under the Intel NWSE tab at the top of the page. Watch the video then follow the frog to online registration.
