Critical Information for All Projects |
 |
IMPORTANT: The date of the start of experimentation on Form 1A must be AFTER the dates of approval on Forms 1, 1B (and Forms 2, 3, 4, 5A, 6A and 6B if required.)
ALL PROJECTS REQUIRE THE ADULT SPONSOR TO COMPLETE, SIGN AND DATE ISEF FORM 1 BEFORE STUDENTS BEGIN EXPERIMENTATION/DATA COLLECTION. |
ALL HS PROJECTS require signatures on certain forms BEFORE experimentation begins. Check the Forms Wizard page of this website to determine all the forms needed for a particular project. You can get more help on determining what forms are needed at the ISEF Rules Wizard. |
